General TOS

1. Prices listed are for non-commercial / non-monetised use only.
2. I reserve the right to cancel any commission for any reason.
3. I require a 50% nonrefundable downpayment upfront unless otherwise discussed.
4. I have the right to cancel the commission with a partial refund up to midway through the project’s completion.
A full refund will be offered if no meaningful progress is made on the project.
5. Prices are final and non-negotiable.
6. For rush commissions, I only take upfront payment.
7. Rush projects will incur a rush fee that goes up to 200%.
8. For orders that are booked **ahead of time with a strict deadline **and require little to no rescheduling on my part, there will be an additional 10% charge to guarantee that the slot will not be rescheduled.
9. You may not use my work in AI, NFT, or Crypto related technology.
10. Any delay affecting a commission will be explicitly stated in communication to the client.
11. Credit me as cannacae and leave a link to my website, Twitter, and or Youtube.
12. I reserve the right to use any of the work created for self-promotion, portfolio, personal or educational purposes, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
13. If there are updates to the TOS or any other aspect of my services after the order has been confirmed, the changes will not apply to your order unless specified.

Illustration

1. Deliverables will only contain a high resolution PNG, and will not contain the working files, unless discussed prior.
2. Please let me know beforehand if you plan to use my art in rigging, as I can also separate parts for you for a 50 USD fee.
3. 3 major revisions are FREE during the sketching phase. Past this, major corrections will cost 20 USD per extra revision.
4. Payment in full will be required after sketch confirmation.
5. You may not claim or resell my work under any circumstances.
6. I retain copyright of the artwork regardless of license.
7. I will not draw: NSFW, Gore, Mecha, Animals.

Video Editing (Clips + MV)

1. Please provide me with all materials/video clips upfront.
2. Turnaround time is based on the time I start working on the project after receiving all the files.
3. Payment in full will be required after plan/storyboard confirmation.
4. For MVs, a script with the JP / KR / CN / etc. characters for the lyrics would be highly appreciated, especially when multiple vocalists are involved.
5. If you do not have any visual direction or themes in mind, we can discuss at length the mood board, keywords or ideas that you would like to include.
6. For Shorts, you must provide me with a timecode/video clip, I do not work with raw VODs.
7. I will send screenshots during the communication process.
